3. Quotations and Proposals

- Final pricing may depend on a technical survey, load assessment, structural assessment and site feasibility
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately

4. Site Assessment and Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

- Property and installation location
- Available land or roof area

- Permissions, approvals and known site hazards

6. Government Approvals and Subsidies

- Processing time
- Grid connectivity
- Net-metering approval

7. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Project payment schedules, deposits, milestone payments, cancellation charges and refund eligibility will be governed by the accepted quotation or signed agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Completed work and procured customised materials may be non-refundable
- Cancellation may result in deductions for survey, design, procurement, transport, labour or administrative expenses
- Delayed payments may affect project schedules and delivery commitments
8. Product and Equipment Warranties
Equipment warranties may be provided by the respective manufacturer and remain subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Mehala Energy’s workmanship, installation or service warranty—if applicable—will be specified in the relevant quotation or agreement.
Warranty coverage may not apply to:
