- Mehala Energy Solution is a solar energy company based in Chennimalai, Erode District, Tamil Nadu. We design, supply, install and maintain solar and battery storage systems for homes, businesses and industries across the state. We are part of the Mehala Group, a Tamil Nadu business house built over five decades in textiles. The group's companies together hold a combined renewable generation capacity of 100 MW and growing, across wind and solar. Mehala Energy owns and operates 14 MW of that capacity.
- Our approach to solar comes from that side of the business. Owning generation assets gives you a different view of the technology than selling it does. You see how systems behave across years rather than months, where output is actually lost, and what a plant genuinely needs to keep performing. That understanding shapes how we design and build for our customers.
- Our work covers the full scope of a solar project: site assessment, system design and generation estimation, equipment supply, installation, coordination with the distribution utility for net metering, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance. One team handles everything, so you have a single point of contact throughout the life of the project.
Mission
To take responsibility for a solar installation from the first site visit to the last year of its working life. We assess, design, supply, install and maintain — so that when a customer has a question or a system has a fault, there is one company answerable for it. That single line of accountability is what we sell.

With 14 MW of generation under our own operation, within a group holding 100 MW, we don't recommend equipment or designs based only on theory. Every engineering decision we make has already been applied to assets we operate and invest in ourselves.

Every proposal begins with a site assessment, generation estimate, and detailed written report. We evaluate your energy requirements and expected returns before recommending a system. If a solar solution doesn't make financial sense for your consumption, we will tell you.

From design and equipment supply to installation, utility coordination, and maintenance, our own team manages the complete project. With one team responsible throughout, there are no unnecessary handovers and no confusion over accountability.
