4. Site Assessment and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

7. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation may result in deductions for survey, design, procurement, transport, labour or administrative expenses

8. Product and Equipment Warranties

Equipment warranties may be provided by the respective manufacturer and remain subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

Mehala Energy’s workmanship, installation or service warranty—if applicable—will be specified in the relevant quotation or agreement.
